K&M Congress Ltd was founded in 1992 to organise congresses and other trade events (conferences, congresses, syposiums, courses, press conferences, receptions, professional fairs, and group or individual exibitions). We have developed the quality of our services and the professional capability of our staff by relying on stabile contacts built up through over ten years of professional experience. Over the last five years we have been continous providers of successful international scientific congresses.

Our aim is to identify the needs of our clients and fullfill those needs to the fullest extent. In today's rapidly developing business environment we aim to strengthen the quality and flexibility of our operations. We have developed a unique congress registration system which allows participants, exibitors and sponsors to access, follow and controll every stage of thier conference.

Clients can now register and pay electronically using our website.

In addition we follow IAPCO (International Assiciation of Professional Congress Organisers) directives regarding the orgaisation of national and international congresses.

Our company can offer complex services in organisational as well as technical matters. We enjoy good working relations with background industry services providers based on mutualy beneficial cooperation.

Since 1998 we have also operated a travel agency. This allows us to organise travel arrangements for our clients travelling to congresses abroad, including ticket purchasing hotel reservations car hire and leisure activities.
